1) SALES & TECHNICAL ENGINEER

Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, developing new business and managing existing accounts. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

 

Responsibilites

  • Development and delivery of product demonstrations and trainings
  • Representing our products at field events such as conferences, seminars etc.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFQ's
  • Develop new markets and manage existing accounts
  • Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific Region

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales, preferably in email servers, and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must posses strong presentation skills and be to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFQ's and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travel.

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Business I.T.
  • 2 ~ 3 years relevant experience in end-user and/or vendor sales
  • Experience and familiarity of our products and/or line of business a plus
  • Able to speak & write fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese

2) TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

This position will provide on-site, phone, email and fax support for customers.

 

Responsibilites

  • Attend to customer support requests to diagnose & provide solutions to problems
  • Track open issues and communicate status to customers
  • Interface with the Sales & Technical Engineers to develop and test new products, new product releases and solutions
  • Assist the Sales & Technical Engineers when necessary
  • Manage and/or assist customers with on-site installations
  • Assist in the development and delivery of product demonstrations and trainings
  • Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific Region

 

Qualifications

Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must posses strong presentation skills and be to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate technical obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for extensive travel.

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Computer Studies
  • 2 ~ 3 years relevant experience in I.T. Support
  • Familiar with all Windows Operating Systems & Networking Technologies
  • Experience with Linux would be an added advantage
  • Experience and familiarity of our products and/or line of business a plus
  • Able to speak fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin & Cantonese
